Anderson Cooper, born in New York, New York on June, 3, 1967, is the son of railroad heiress, Gloria Vanderbilt. He suffered a great deal of tragedy in his life, with his father dying at the age of 50, and his brother dying of suicide in 1988. Anderson is the host of CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360, and the daytime talk show, Anderson.
The media personality publicly came out as gay in 2012. He welcomed son Wyatt Morgan Cooper by a surrogate on April 27, 2020. His second son Sebastian Luke Maisani-Cooper, who Anderson is raising with his “best friend and former partner” Benjamin Maisani.
