Colman Domingo is an Emmy-winning actor, writer, and director whose career spans film, television, and Broadway. He rose to prominence with roles in acclaimed films like Selma and If Beale Street Could Talk, then became a fan favorite as Victor Strand on Fear the Walking Dead. On television, he also earned praise and awards recognition for his performance as Ali on Euphoria, winning an Emmy for his guest appearance on the series.

Colman’s film career has continued to climb with standout roles in Candyman, produced by Jordan Peele, and the musical remake of The Color Purple. In 2023, he received widespread acclaim—and an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor—for his lead performance in Rustin, in which he portrayed civil-rights activist Bayard Rustin. He has also expanded behind the camera as a director with projects including episodes of Fear the Walking Dead and other television series.

On stage, Colman has enjoyed a celebrated Broadway career. He starred as Billy Flynn in Chicago and earned a Tony Award nomination for his performance in Scottsboro Boys.
