From trying various weight loss programs and diets to undergoing cosmetic procedures, the TV personality has never shied away from discussing her health journey. But her use of Ozempic, a drug originally developed for type 2 diabetes, became one of her most talked-about transformations in recent years.
During a 2023 appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Sharon revealed that the medication led to a dramatic drop in her weight. “Now I’ve lost 42 pounds, and it’s just enough. It’s just time to stop,” she told Piers Morgan at the time. “I didn’t actually want to go this thin, but it just happened. I’ll probably put it all on again soon.” The comments quickly went viral, sparking widespread discussion about celebrity use of Ozempic and body image in Hollywood.
In earlier interviews, the former cohost of The Talk shared that her “heaviest” weight had once been 230 pounds, emphasizing her ongoing effort to find a “healthy balance.” Her physical transformation has been highly visible through the years, but in 2025, Sharon faced a far deeper personal shift when her husband of over four decades, Ozzy Osbourne, passed away at age 76. The legendary rocker reportedly died of cardiac arrest at home in Los Angeles, following long battles with Parkinson’s disease and other health complications.
Through both her public health journey and profound personal loss, Sharon has continued to show resilience.
