As one of the most notorious fighters to ever step into the Octagon, Conor McGregor became a household name over the years. While his often-NSFW trash talk has gotten under the skin of many of his opponents, sometimes his mouth writes a check that his fists can’t cash. Nevertheless, loss comes with a career in fighting, and Conor is no stranger to the occasional letdown in the ring.
In recent years, Conor has been the subject of controversy. He has faced legal trouble for offenses related to driving, disorderly conduct, assault and rape. In 2024, an Irish High Court found him guilty of sexual assault, and the following year, rapper Azealia Banks shared unsolicited nude photos that Conor had allegedly sent her. He’s still in a relationship with fiancée Dee Devlin.
